Time for Teens is our new Term Time Monday afternoon group for young people from Y6 to Y9. Each week our dedicated local volunteers (all with an Enhance DBS check) support the young people to come together and enjoy some positive time after school. New young people can join them Mondays from 3:30pm. They will be sent home with a brief registration form for a parent or carer to complete before their next session, and although the sessions are free we do ask young people to consider giving a small donation towards the cost of food.

Each week they learn new kitchen skills from Nik, a professional chef, preparing a delicious snack before enjoying eating together. As well as a variety of ‘classic’ games and activities. Please note we have no Xbox or Play Station.
Our aim is to get young people talking and developing positive life skills including listening and talking, and this is led by our professional motivational speaker Mal. Our local MP Louise is also going to attend on Easter Monday to meet local young people give them an opportunity to share their views and thoughts, giving the young people more of a voice over their future.
